Synergy 2021 Leadership Development Workshop Series

Join Synergy Solution Group for our 2021 Leadership Development Workshop Series. This virtual event will feature three different workshops that will allow attendees to dive deep into specific leadership topics and help prepare them for the in-person 2021 Leadership Forum. We’ll kick off the series in February with guest speaker Ryan Jenkins’ session on how to move a workforce from isolated to all-in. In March we’ll hear from Lisa Withers on how to leverage your influence. Finally, in April we’ll conclude our series with an accountability workshop where we’ll incorporate your takeaways from February and March and turn them into an action plan. During this screen-to-screen learning experience attendees will participate in live presentations and then spend the bulk of their time in interactive breakout groups.

This series is geared toward anyone in your company who you’d like to send to the in-person 2021 Leadership Forum (taking place Sept 26-29th).

Please note:

• Prior to attending the workshop series, attendees will be asked to review the keynote sessions that were done by Ryan Jenkins and
  Lisa Withers in 2020
• There will be a limit of 55 attendees for this workshop series.
