Service Sales KPI Webinar


Following the recent Service Sales KPI survey and white paper, Synergy will be hosting a virtual roundtable discussion for members to continue the conversation and dig deeper into what companies are actually tracking, reviewing, and using to drive service sales performance.

This will be an interactive peer discussion facilitated by Synergy’s Jim Bartolotta - not a traditional webinar or presentation. The goal is to create an environment where members can openly share the following:

 

  • What is being measuring and why those KPIs matter to the business
  • Aligning sales KPIs with operations and staffing
  • KPI review cadence and reporting tools
  • Metrics that help identify problems early

 

One of the biggest takeaways from the survey was that there is no single “right” KPI system. Members are approaching this differently depending on their size, structure, market, and sales strategy. The value comes from understanding how peers are using KPIs to improve decision-making, increase accountability, and support long-term service growth.

 

We encourage attendees to come prepared to participate in the discussion, ask questions, and share examples from their own organizations. Whether your KPI system is highly developed or still evolving, we think there will be value in hearing how others are approaching service sales measurement and management.
